About Zephyr
Zephyr was established in 1993 by former retailers who were frustrated with the lack of consumer focus in the hat market. Zephyr has been the innovator of many of the styles and treatments that are now commonplace on headwear today. We believe in the highest Quality, most innovative design, and fastest delivery. We are a multinational company making hats in factories in China and Bangladesh and selling them in the USA, Canada, Japan, and throughout Europe. Zephyr is the authentic fitted college hat and have a loyal following of those who only wear Z hats. We also have a passion for hockey and Zephyr's NHL collection is a true manifestation of the love we have for the sport. We also channel the same passion and creativity into building custom hats of all types for brands, companies, teams, and events everywhere.

Shelley and Jim have 5 children and 10 grandchildren, which keep them very busy. He also enjoys being a private pilot, and playing golf with his family. |
 Andy Carrasco Employee of the Quarter Andy Carrasco has been with Zephyr for 3 1/2 years. He started as a Club Representative and has worked his way into the Product Development department as a Graphic Artist and Web Developer. He has helped implement new processes within the company that have increased productivity and efficiency. He wears many hats within the Product Development department and enjoys the variety the position offers. He, along with another artist, were a major part in developing the new Zhats.com. In his spare time Andy runs a small video production company that films weddings and creates videos for small businesses in the area. He loves everything involved with design and spends a fair amount of time enjoying the outdoors with his girlfriend. |
